Preparation: Pomfret.

Make a few cuts on the fish to make it more cooked and flavorful, and spread with shredded ginger.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and steam over high heat for ten minutes (subject to the completion of steaming).

When the time is up, it’s steamed.

Take it out, remove the shredded ginger and put onion shreds on top.

Drizzle hot peanut oil to stimulate the aroma of shredded green onions.

Finally drizzle with soy sauce and it's done.
