Cut the softened butter into small pieces, add salt and sugar.

Use a whisk to beat the butter until it becomes lighter in color.

Add beaten whole egg liquid.

Continue beating until the egg mixture and butter are completely combined and fluffy.

Sift in cake flour.

Add almond flour.

Mix well with a spatula and add chopped walnut kernels (you can choose your favorite nuts to crush)

Finally mix well.

Place the cookie batter on parchment paper and shape it into a long strip by hand, wrap it in parchment paper and freeze in the refrigerator until hard, about an hour or so.

Take out the frozen dough and cut into 6mm thick slices.

Place the cut cookie dough on a baking sheet. If it is not a gold plate, cover it with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven in advance and bake the middle rack at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it during baking to prevent the color from baking too darkly.
