  8. While hot, sift in the matcha powder, mix well and cool until ready

  9. Beat the light cream and sugar at low speed until 60%

  10. Pour the matcha milk in portions and stir evenly

  11. Pour half of it into the mold

  13. Pour in the rest, add all the red beans, and smooth the surface. Shake several times to knock out the bubbles. Place in the refrigerator for 5 hours
