One duck leg. One corn. One broccoli

Shave out the duck leg bones and set aside

Add salt, light soy sauce, oil and black pepper (add a little more) to the duck legs and marinate for about 30 minutes

Add a small bowl of water to the pot. Add an appropriate amount of salt and cooking oil. After the water boils, add broccoli and corn and blanch until cooked. Remove and set aside
