Spicy Rabbit
Overview
Ever since I was little, my father would often go out to pack some game and cook it for us to eat in his free time. When he got older, he would still go and pack some game for us when we got home, but I did it instead. I didn’t expect Lebao to eat rabbit meat. He had done it several times before when he was young, but it might have been too spicy for him, so he ate a lot this time. My father-in-law stopped eating this dish when he saw that he liked it, leaving him to enjoy it alone. However, the chili pepper on this plate of rabbit meat was really spicy for him, so he continued to eat it while drinking water, haha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The hare has been skinned and chopped into pieces by Dad.
-
Add ginger, pepper, chili, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and other aniseed ingredients to a hot pot and stir-fry until fragrant. (From my picture, it seems that there is a little less chili. First, it is for children. If you don’t need to consider children, you can put more. Second, this chili is very spicy.)
-
Add rabbit meat and stir-fry.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water and cook. During this period, add chives, garlic, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Boil until the water is dry. Season with salt, a little chicken essence, and a little balsamic vinegar. Dish up and serve. (The meat of hare is particularly chewy and difficult to bite without cooking. If it is domestic rabbit, just add oil and stir-fry with aniseed.)
