Soak the peeled mung beans in water for 2 hours.

Put the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and add a small amount of water.

Cook and exhaust.

The cooked mung beans break into pieces when pressed with a rice spoon.

Pour a little corn oil into a non-stick pan, pour the mung bean puree into the pan and stir-fry over low heat.

Add sugar and continue to stir-fry.

Add milk powder and continue stir-frying.

Fry until the water dries up and can be pressed into a ball, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Divide the cooled mung bean puree into small portions.

Press and shape with a mold.
