  2. Heat oil in a pan, add carrot slices and stir-fry for a while, set aside

  3. Use the remaining oil in the pot to stir-fry the broccoli and king oyster mushrooms for a while, add an appropriate amount of water, put the rice cakes into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 2 minutes

  4. Add the carrots and cook for 1 minute
