Pork liver in miso soup
Overview
The pipes in the community were being replaced, and open fires could not be used at home for a few days, so I used the small kitchen appliances at home to help. The pork liver in soy sauce soup today is cooked in a rice cooker. Not to mention that it is not as fast as an open flame, but when cooked this way, the pork liver can be better controlled and will not become too old in a hurry.

Prepare pork liver and green garlic.

Cut the pork liver into a knife, rinse it with clean water and set aside.

Add water to the rice cooker, add cooking wine and soy sauce, bring to a boil, and add the green garlic to the pot.

Then put the soaked pork liver into the pot under water.
