Homemade hamburger embryo
Overview
The hamburger embryo can be eaten directly, or you can make some DIY patties, cut an egg and sandwich it to eat. Not bad!

Prepare the materials to be used

Mix the liquid part of the dough and put it into the bread pan

Add flour and stir a few times with chopsticks

Install it back on the bread machine and select the dough kneading function to knead the dough.

After kneading, check whether the dough is fully expanded, tear off a piece of gloves to see if the membrane is intact, and ferment. Next, give the time, about 40 minutes of fermentation

After fermentation, take it out to exhaust,

Divide into small portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes

Roll them into circles one by one, trying to make the surface as smooth as possible,

Put into the paper tray

Roll all the dough and put it into a paper tray for secondary fermentation. You can use warm water in the oven to ferment for 30 minutes

After secondary fermentation, take it out, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake at 140 degrees for 15 minutes
