Overview
Simple version of bacon, with a strong New Year flavor. There are no additives or too many seasonings when you make your own food. You can store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it in a clean and hygienic way.

Wash the pork belly

Pour in all the ingredients, wear disposable gloves and rub the meat a few times to better absorb the flavor.

After kneading, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for three days. Turn the meat 1-2 times a day for better flavor.

Three days later, tie the meat with cotton thread. It is best to dry it in the sun on the first day, and hang it in a cool and ventilated place to dry for the remaining week or so.

Place the dried bacon in the refrigerator and then steam it in a pressure cooker or steamer before eating
