  1. Wash the pork belly

  2. Pour in all the ingredients, wear disposable gloves and rub the meat a few times to better absorb the flavor.

  3. After kneading, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for three days. Turn the meat 1-2 times a day for better flavor.

  4. Three days later, tie the meat with cotton thread. It is best to dry it in the sun on the first day, and hang it in a cool and ventilated place to dry for the remaining week or so.
