Broad beans in oil
Overview
These days, fresh broad beans have become old and have been sold out of the market. If you eat them directly by frying them, they will not taste good! Therefore, the inner layer of bean skin is usually peeled off, which is the douban. This process is very time-consuming and laborious! Of course, there is also a way to make it delicious directly, and that is to make broad beans soaked in oil!
