Add salt, pepper and light soy sauce to the meat filling.

Add eggs and starch.

Soak chives, peppercorns, ginger slices and one star anise in warm water for three minutes.

Add the onion and ginger water to the meat filling in three batches.

Stir the meat filling vigorously.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and wrap it with the meat filling. Don’t wrap too much meat filling.

Put oil in a pan and add wrapped wontons.

Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for two to three minutes, turning the wontons over once.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

The meat filling is delicious and the skin is crispy, very delicious.
