Fried wild rice slices (air fryer version)
Overview
Wild rice can be eaten as a dish or as a snack. The wild rice slices we sell locally are all deep-fried. I thought it was a little too oily, so I decided to fry it myself in an air fryer!

The bought back cilantro

I used a stainless steel spoon to scrape off the skin and wash it

It’s best to use a tool to slice the slices. The slices I cut with a knife were uneven

Brush a baking pan with oil

Arrange the sage slices in a baking pan and brush with some oil

Place in air fryer and fry at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Fry for half the time, turn over and continue

This is the fried product

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well
