A can of beer, washed and chopped duck meat.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add duck meat and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the duck meat releases a lot of oil, add ginger (sliced), dried chili pepper, garlic cloves (beat into pieces), and star anise.

Stir-fry until the duck meat is slightly brown, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Stir fry until the duck meat is coloured.

Add beer after the duck meat is browned.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the duck meat is tender.

Reduce the juice over high heat and serve on a plate.
