Celery pork + leek and egg dumplings

I’ve been eating a lot of dumplings lately, so my sister asked me to go to her house to help make dumplings in the afternoon, and she also gave me two kinds of fillings! Leeks, eggs and celery and pork, both meat and vegetables, really good work haha

They are all home-made fillings, nothing special, simple. This is a leek and egg filling. It is best to add some dried shrimps and walnut oil. My child doesn’t like the taste of dried shrimps, so I didn’t add them.

This is celery and pork, my favorite. The fatter you get, the more you eat. The more you eat, the fatter you get.

When it comes to cutting noodles with a knife, I actually use my hands to roll them out by feel. They are exactly the same and quite accurate haha

When making dipping sauce, my sister specially took out the safflower seed oil I gave her, saying it was healthy. Haha, of course such expensive oil is healthy and will help you live!
