Rosemary Roasted Baby Potatoes
Overview
In my childhood memory, a bunch of small potatoes cost 2 cents and was the most delicious snack at the school gate. On the way home from picking up my children, I saw small round potatoes, which brought back memories of my childhood, so I immediately bought them home. Today, I used the small potatoes to make a delicious rosemary potato dish. Drizzle with olive oil and salt, sprinkle with black pepper, chili powder, and green onions to retain the pure original flavor of the potatoes.
