Sunflower buns
Overview
An early sunflower slowly moves its body eastward, drinking the sun in the wind. Layers of light traveled up his height, hanging on the leaves as bright as dewdrops, painted with emerald colors by the sun, and the brass-like flowers gathered up the garlands of flames in turn.

Steps
-
Knead the dough into smooth two-color dough according to the amount of the recipe, and place it in a warm place for fermentation (fermentation at low temperature in the oven, and hot water fermentation in the pot). I won’t go into details about the fermentation here. The previous steamed bun recipes have
-
After the fermented dough is deflated, divide it into small doughs: 7 pieces of 40g pumpkin dough and 7 pieces of 35g white dough. Take a portion of the small pumpkin dough and roll it into a round piece of appropriate thickness
-
Cut into several small strips along the edge of the dough as shown in the picture, leaving a blank center in the middle
-
Take a piece of white dough and flatten it into a pumpkin dough piece. Leave a blank space in the center of the circle and stack it in the center of the pumpkin dough piece
-
As shown in the picture, the three small strips along the edge are pinched together
-
Knead everything into a sunflower lace
-
Use the excess pumpkin dough to roll into thin slices and cut into long strips
-
Arrange the slender pumpkin noodles crosswise as shown in the picture, and cut off the small strips that are too long
-
Wrap the pumpkin strips around the white dough sheet, tuck the joint into the bottom of the white dough sheet, and press it flat with your hands
-
Use a chopstick to put a little water on one end, and put it into the small grid one by one. Then stick the black sesame seeds on it, and the sunflower steamed buns will be ready
-
Make all the sunflower buns in sequence and place them in a warm place for secondary fermentation
-
Fermented sunflower steamed buns are round and round
-
Turn on the heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat (hot water has been poured into the pot in advance for the fermentation of the steamed buns) and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
