Soak the fungus, wash and tear into small pieces and set aside.

Soak white fungus in hair, wash and set aside.

Wash the prawns and set aside.

Pork slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and mince.

Add the meat slices.

Stir-fry until the pork is released from oil.

Add prawns and stir-fry until prawns turn red.

Add white fungus, fungus and stock.

Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.

Press again and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.
