Overview

Poria cake is a traditional handmade food in southern Fujian. It is said to be Empress Dowager Cixi’s favorite snack recipe for strengthening the spleen and appetizing. Poria cocos can strengthen the spleen and exude dampness, soothe the mind and enhance the immune function of the body (ps: if you are particularly weak in the stomach, do not use glutinous rice, use pure sticky rice or flour, the powder should be fine enough)

  1. Mix 300 grams of sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour, 50 grams of Poria cocos powder, and 20 grams of powdered sugar
