Get the ingredients ready.

Rinse the peanuts with water and dry them. (Rinse, not soak)

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add peanuts, and stir-fry gently over low heat. (Peanuts need to be put into the pot with cold oil)

Stir-fry until the oil heats up, sprinkle in a little seasoned salt and continue to stir-fry over low heat. (Do not use a shovel to turn over)
