Coconut pumpkin sweet soup
Overview
I went out for a day of fishing and barbecue today, and I feel so tired when I get home! I need to go to bed early at night. I made this sweet soup yesterday and it’s super simple to make.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam it in the rice cooker

Peel the steamed pumpkin and grind into puree

Pour the pumpkin paste into the pot (if you like a creamier flavor, add a small piece of butter and melt it)

Add 180ml of milk (add or reduce the amount of milk according to your own taste. If you like it thicker, add less; if you like it thinner, add more)

After stirring evenly, add sugar according to your preference (my pumpkin is relatively sweet, so I didn’t add sugar. It is recommended not to add too much sugar). Put it into a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of coconut milk, and sprinkle with chocolate chips
