Broccoli and Sausage
Overview
The dishes on the Dragon Boat Festival are both bacon and sausage, so they also have to be paired with some vegetarian dishes. I happened to have some broccoli in the refrigerator and used it directly. The broccoli is not stir-fried, but is blanched directly, mixed with sesame oil and light soy sauce, and then served. The sausage and colored pepper are stir-fried before serving. It is nutritious and delicious; especially the sausage is fragrant but not greasy, and the more you eat it, the more fragrant it becomes. The whole family likes it.

Prepare the required materials

Boil the sausage for 15 minutes until cooked, then remove

Cut the broccoli into small pieces, wash it and blanch it, pick it up and drain it under cold water

Add a little salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the broccoli and mix well

Then arrange the broccoli around the plate

Cut the sausage into small pieces and set aside

Cut the bell peppers into strips, chop the garlic and green onions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add Chinese sausage and stir-fry until the oil is released

Add the bell pepper strips and stir-fry quickly until cooked through

Add salt to taste, then scoop up and place it in the middle of the broccoli.
