Cocoa Two Color Toast
Overview
After looking forward to it for more than half a year, I finally received the trial prize of the [Post a Comment and Win a Haier Smart Oven] event - Haier Smart Oven. Although the waiting time was a bit long, the moment I received the product, I felt that all the waiting was wonderful and worth it. Haier Smart Oven is smart in that it can use mobile APP for configuration and control to achieve intelligent operation. In addition, its temperature accuracy is very high, so it will not burn or burn, making it very worry-free to use. Today, I first used it to bake a box of toast, and the temperature felt really accurate. Unlike the toast I baked before, the upper layer was burnt and the bottom was not yet cooked.

Add sugar, salt, water, light cream, eggs, milk powder, and flour into the bread machine barrel in sequence, then dig a small hole on top of the flour, bury the yeast, and start the "dough mixing" program of the bread machine to knead the dough.
-
Knead the dough until it is fully expanded.
-
Divide half of the dough, add cocoa powder to the other half and knead evenly.
-
Cover the two doughs with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Take out two pieces of dough, deflate them, and roll them into a rectangular shape. It turns out that I rolled it out too thickly and there was almost no pattern.

The two dough sheets are stacked on top of each other.
-
Roll up along one end.

Place in a toast mold for secondary fermentation.

When fermentation reaches 8 minutes, cover the toast box and continue fermentation for about 20 minutes.

First select the baking mode as "upper and lower tube heating", then press "" or "-" to adjust the appropriate temperature to 170 degrees.

Next, press the alarm clock icon to set the time, and also use "" or "-" to set the baking time to 30 minutes.
-
Put the lidded toast box in, close the oven door, and the oven will start working after 5 seconds without any operation.
-
When the baking time is up, the oven will jump to "END". At this time, press and hold the switch button for 1 second to turn off the oven.
-
Open the oven door carefully to prevent burns from the heat, and use the special baking tray to take out the grill and toast box.

Take off the lid, turn the toast upside down on the grill to cool and then slice it. It tastes great with jam or eaten directly!
