White radish.

Prepare water starch.

Diced onions and celery.

After peeling, cut into thin round slices, put into a pot, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, steam the radish slices.

Sprinkle in diced green onions, celery and pickled peppers (you can leave them out if you don’t like spicy).

Heat oil in a pan, pour in water starch and cook until boiling to make sauce.
