Full of meat floss~ It’s so delicious
-
Put the high-gluten flour and water used in the soup into a small pot, stir until there are no flour particles, turn on low heat and cook while stirring until a thick batter is formed, then cover with plastic wrap, leave to cool at room temperature, then move to the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight
-
Put the refrigerated soup dough and the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead until the dough is smooth, then add butter and continue kneading until complete. Take out a small piece of dough and you can pull out a thin film, and the edge of the hole will be smooth, that's it
-
Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the season, it will take about 1-2 hours for the dough to double in size. Just press it with your fingers to see if there is a hole and it does not shrink back.
-
Press the air with your hands, roll it into a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15 minutes
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the relaxed dough into a rectangle the same size as the baking pan. The one I am trying here is a non-stick baking pan. If it is a non-stick baking pan, it is recommended to brush it with oil to prevent it from sticking, or put a piece of oil paper on it to prevent it from sticking
-
Put the dough into the baking pan, use a fork to make some small holes in the dough to prevent the dough from rising when baking, cover with plastic wrap, and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes
-
Brush with all the egg wash, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of chopped green onion, bacon bits and white sesame seeds. Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes
-
Immediately take out the baked bread and let it cool on a wire rack. You can cover it with oil paper and leave it warm. Use a serrated knife to cut some marks on the bread (to facilitate rolling), apply a layer of salad dressing, and add an appropriate amount of pork floss
-
Roll up the bread and let it set for 30 minutes
-
You can also smear salad dressing on both ends and dip the meat floss into it, it will be more delicious
