Pork stewed vermicelli
Overview
This is a super quick pork stew vermicelli. You only need to stir-fry the pork belly to get oil, then add seasoning, water and vermicelli to the pot. You can also wash it with clean water and cook it with the pork belly. When the soup is almost consumed, you can take it out of the pot. The cooking time is only half an hour, and you can enjoy the fragrant pork stewed vermicelli. Different from the traditional method, but equally delicious, it is suitable for office workers to make after returning home.

Steps
-
After washing the pork belly, cut it into small pieces with the skin on. Put it directly into a non-stick pan and stir-fry the oil. Be sure to stir-fry the oil, otherwise it will feel too greasy when you eat it. Moreover, there is not a drop of oil in the pan, and the fat of the pork belly is used to stir-fry it thoroughly
-
After the oil is stir-fried, add the green onions, ginger slices, garlic, star anise, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt
-
Stir-fry evenly. If you feel the color is not enough, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, then the amount of salt will need to be reduced
-
Pour in hot water and stop stir-frying, so as to keep the color of the soy sauce in the shredded meat to the maximum extent
-
Put the vermicelli directly on the meat and water. You can also wash it first (I was lazy and put it in directly) and then cover the pot and simmer slowly over low heat. You can check it halfway to see if the amount and color of the water meet your requirements
-
Half an hour later, the soup was almost gone and the meat was cooked
-
Take it out of the pot, put it in a basin, and start eating
