Cabbage soaked in bean curd sauce
Overview
When I went to a restaurant for a trial some time ago, I ate broccoli soaked in tofu milk and thought it was pretty good, so I gave it a try this time. Although it is rare to see this method, it has always been there. Old dishes are very different when made new, so I like to try them and share them with everyone.
