Stir-fried lamb intestines
Overview
I like to cook home-cooked food. The taste and texture of home-cooked food and hotel food are very different. But home-cooked meals are what we have to face every day to feed our families. Home-cooked food does not have that gorgeous appearance or that greasy texture, but home-cooked food can reveal a strong warmth of home from the heart. Home cooking is a very broad, people-friendly, popular, and versatile cooking method that can be used to make a living. The dishes prepared by the chefs in each family are full of variety and taste. The taste and texture of the same ingredient produced by different hands will be very different. In this way, home-cooked dishes become more diverse, and it is not an exaggeration to praise it as a hundred schools of thought contend. Stir-fried lamb intestines, let’s call it that, is a spicy and crispy dish. The lamb intestines are cleaned and cooked with a stir-fry method. The texture is crispy, elastic and spicy.
