Highly recommend this very delicious meatloaf. The outer layer is made of puff pastry, which is made from dough and crisped with oil. It has a crispy layered texture without being too dry and hard. It is suitable for all ages. At the same time, I made my own recipe of using carrots to knead the noodles when mixing water and oil. The finished cakes have a beautiful color. At the same time, carrots are a vegetable that is not afraid of high temperatures, which makes the cakes even more nutritious. Needless to say, the filling is full of green onion and fresh meat, so delicious that you don’t want to miss it~

Slice the carrots and steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes

Grind the steamed carrots into puree. I didn’t use a food processor to beat them. I ground them directly with a spoon. It had a slightly grainy texture, which I thought was good. You can also use a food processor to grind it into a finer texture

Take 150 grams of flour, add 15 grams of corn oil, add a pinch of salt, not too much salt, just a little pinch, add yeast and 100 grams of carrot puree

Knead into a dough, knead until smooth, and let rest in a warm place for about 40 minutes

Add 30 grams of corn oil to the remaining 60 grams of flour

Mix it into a shortbread dough and knead it evenly

Let the carrot dough double in size

Take out the fermented carrot dough and knead it a few times and divide it into 8 equal parts

Divide the pastry dough into 8 equal parts

Flatten the carrot oil-skinned dough directly with the palm of your hand, wrap it in a small pastry, seal it tightly, and place it with the seam facing down

Roll the prepared dough into an oval shape and roll it up

Use your fingers to press out deep lines in the middle of the rolled paste, bend both sides, and press

Chop the pork meat into puree in advance, add salt, oyster sauce, and pepper and mix well
