Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Fresh mushrooms (washed).

Bacon (washed).

Place the fresh mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the bacon on the cutting board and cut into slices.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker and bring to a boil.

Then, add rice and sliced bacon and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Next, add the sliced mushrooms.

Stir and bring to a boil, cooking for about 3 minutes.

Then, add some chicken essence and mix well, and it's ready.
