Preparation materials: Cut the pork into thin slices, preferably 2/8 fat or lean.

Cut two wattle sticks and red peppers with a hob.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot for 7 minutes, if you like the numbing taste, you can add peppercorns, add the meat slices and stir-fry briefly, then add cooking wine and stir-fry.

Keep the heat high, and when the meat turns white and fragrant, add the black bean paste and bean paste, and continue to stir-fry over high heat until the meat slices are evenly colored.
