Slice the pork belly and set aside;

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small pieces, remove the roots, seeds and shreds of the red pepper, mince the garlic and set aside;

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork belly slices and stir-fry until white;

Add 2 teaspoons of black bean paste and stir-fry;

Pour in the garlic sprouts and red pepper shreds and continue to stir-fry over high heat, then add 2 teaspoons of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly;

Test the taste after stir-frying. If you think it tastes bland, add a little salt to taste and serve on a plate.
