Spicy Pork Tongue
Overview
My husband said that I didn’t speak clearly enough, so I wanted to eat some pig tongue. As I said, I don’t expect to be eloquent, but I do hope to be eloquent. I happen to have braised pork tongue at home. Let’s chill it. It’s very delicious, hehe

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pork tongue braised over the weekend, defrosted and cut into thin strips
-
Shred the green onions and place on the pork tongue
-
Heat the oil in the wok, add the star anise and peppercorns. After the oil is hot, pick out the peppercorns and star anise, and pour it onto the shredded green onion
-
Add a little light soy sauce, no need to add salt, because the pig tongue itself is salty
-
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
-
Add a spoonful of oily chili seeds. This is my secret weapon. Once you make a can, you can eat it for a long time. It is great when mixed with cold dishes. Just sprinkle some chicken essence at the end.
-
Stir evenly and serve on a plate.

It's fragrant and spicy, and it's great with rice and wine.
