My husband said that I didn’t speak clearly enough, so I wanted to eat some pig tongue. As I said, I don’t expect to be eloquent, but I do hope to be eloquent. I happen to have braised pork tongue at home. Let’s chill it. It’s very delicious, hehe

  1. Pork tongue braised over the weekend, defrosted and cut into thin strips
