Wash the vegetables, grate the pumpkin into shreds with the finest grater, blanch the vegetables in boiling water, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces. The vermicelli is cooked and chopped. Add flour to warm water and knead into a dough, cover and let rest for 1 hour.

Chop various vegetables into a large bowl.

Beat the eggs, fry in a pan until brown, take them out and chop them into pieces. I like eggs fried yellow, more fragrant.

Add the broken eggs into a large bowl and chop some minced meat. Add salt, five-spice powder and soy sauce and mix well.

Divide the flour into small even portions and roll one into a pancake.

Cover with filling and shape into half moon shape.

My husband made it larger and the shape is different, it depends on personal preference.

After the pot is hot, add oil, put down the box and fry over low heat, covering the pot lid.

Once both sides are slightly yellow, it's ready to eat.
