  4. Add the broken eggs into a large bowl and chop some minced meat. Add salt, five-spice powder and soy sauce and mix well.

  5. Divide the flour into small even portions and roll one into a pancake.

  7. My husband made it larger and the shape is different, it depends on personal preference.
