Cut carrots and cucumbers into strips

Add flour to the shrimps, knead them and wash them with water. The shrimps will be very translucent

Add salt, white pepper and cooking wine to the shrimp

Heat 30% oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant

After half a minute, add the shrimps. You can change the heat to medium. When the shrimps change color, add the cucumber strips and stir-fry

Add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry and pour in thin gravy, turn off the heat, add chicken essence and sesame oil, and remove from the pan. Because the temperature of chicken essence and MSG exceeds 120 degrees, which is harmful to the body, so turn off the heat and add chicken essence
