Cut the pork liver into thin slices, put it on a colander, rinse it with running water and drain the water.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch to the pork liver, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Clean and cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and cut the onions into small pieces (not taken in the photo).

Put a little more oil in the pot, add garlic and onions and stir-fry.

Add the pork liver and stir-fry over high heat until it changes colour.

Add garlic leaves and fry until cooked.

Serve out. Pork liver needs to be stir-fried with oil and high heat to make it tender and delicious.
