Fried eggs with chives
Overview
There is basically no cooking during this hot summer day. Today, relatives came to my hometown and brought green-skinned local eggs. They looked fresh, so I fried a super simple leek egg. Not to mention, the green-skinned local eggs really don’t taste the same as pink-skinned eggs. It is said that these green-skinned local eggs have live bugs added to the feed of native chickens.
