Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, clean them, soak them in light salt water for a while, rinse them repeatedly, drain them and set aside.

Put cooking oil and a spoonful of lard into the pot, add the oyster mushrooms after it boils.

Stir fry until the ingredients become soft.

Add boiling water just enough to cover the ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

A little starch.

Add a little water to dissolve into watery starch.

Pour into the pot and stir-fry evenly over medium heat.

The soup becomes thicker.

Serve out and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
