I like to eat barbecued pork. Adding southern milk to color it, the taste and texture are very good. Plum meat is boneless shoulder blade meat. The meat is delicate and has fat gaps. It is most suitable for making barbecued pork.

Shred the onions, ginger, garlic, onions, and carrots, and cut the coriander stems into sections.

Cut plum meat into strips.

Add all the ingredients except honey to the meat strips, mix well, then refrigerate and marinate overnight.
