Cut the pork into thin strips, add cornstarch to it, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Select the wild celery, wash it, remove the old leaves, cut it and set aside. The fungus is ready to be cut into shreds.

Heat oil in a hot pan over low heat, add ginger and fry until fragrant, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it turns brown, leaving the base oil, remove the shredded pork and set aside.

Put the celery and fungus into the pot and stir-fry over high heat. After breaking them, add salt and then the shredded pork into the pot and stir-fry. Pour in a little cold water and serve in a few seconds.
