Prepare raw materials;

Boil a pot of water, add a small amount of salt and oil, add the green beans and cook until they are six or seven layers cooked;

Heat a pan, add a small amount of oil, add pork belly slices and stir-fry;

Stir-fry the pork belly until the fat is browned. Add Laoganma sauce and garlic cloves and stir-fry together;

Stir fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of soy sauce and cooking wine;

Cover and cook for two or three minutes;

Add the blanched green beans and red pepper and continue stir-frying;

Finally add appropriate amount of salt and other seasonings;
