Spicy Hot Pot Dishes
Overview
It’s a hot day and I like to eat something cold, but I still have a loss of appetite when eating. I happened to get a bag of spicy Haidilao. I don’t want to eat watermelon in a hot pot, so today I’m going to have a spicy hotpot dish. Haha, it’s a great appetizer when stir-fried with this ingredient. You can choose the ingredients you like, but no leafy vegetables. Please refer to it

Prepare all ingredients

Cut the cauliflower into small florets; peel and slice the lotus root; prepare the spicy hot pot sauce.

Blanch cauliflower and lotus root

Soak it in cold water

Heat oil, sauté onion, ginger and garlic

Add in spicy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the blanched cauliflower and lotus root and stir-fry evenly.
