Overview
Jinan's braised pork is unique and a local specialty. The meat of Jinan must be fat and lean, cut into several pieces per pound, tied into a handful with hemp rope, soaked in soy sauce, simmered over high heat and slow fire - it is fat but not greasy, thin but not woody, and has a mellow taste. A piece of meat, a pickled egg, and a piece of fried tofu are the standard lunch dishes for Jinan people. "I treat you", rice and rice, eating the meat in your mouth is delicious, which reflects the generous nature of the locals. Prepare the pork belly.

Wash the pork belly and cut into long pieces 1-2CM wide.

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

Add sweet noodle sauce and sugar.

Grind evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

Prepare ginger, green onions and ingredients.

Place ginger slices at the bottom of the pot.

Arrange the meat slices, add a layer of ginger and green onions, and then top the meat. Put in the material bag. Finally, pour in the juice from the marinated meat and a little water.

Turn up the heat, bring to a boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
