Stir-fried beef with king oyster mushroom
Overview
I remembered that I fried king oyster mushrooms with pork a few days ago, but my boyfriend didn't eat them, so I decided that tonight's dinner would be king oyster mushrooms! I passed by the vegetable market after get off work and bought king oyster mushrooms. I still have beef at home, so let’s stir-fry it! The unique secret in the world of dark cuisine is that all ingredients can be combined! This is my first time doing it, so I only have pictures of the finished product. I hope I can describe the process clearly

Cut the beef into strips, put it into a container, add cooking wine (two tablespoons), salt (half a tablespoon), chicken essence (1/4 tablespoon), starch (2 tablespoons) --- mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes

Cut the color pepper into cubes, cut the string pepper into strips diagonally, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections

The ingredients are ready, heat the pan with cold oil [1], lightly stir-fry the ginger slices, pour the marinated beef strips into the pan, and stir-fry! [2] When the color changes, pour in about half a tablespoon of light soy sauce + a small amount of dark soy sauce (for coloring), add string pepper, continue to stir-fry, add king oyster mushrooms [3] Stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of vinegar, pour a small amount of water along the wall of the pot, stir-fry evenly [4] Cover the pot for about a minute, remove the lid, ➕ colored pepper ➕ half a spoon of salt ➕ half a spoon of chicken essence ➕ sesame seeds [5] stir well and serve on a plate
