Cut the silver carp into large pieces and marinate in rice wine.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

After the oil is hot, add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry to bring out the aroma of sauerkraut.

Add water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add fish pieces and bring to boil.

Add the tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste and add green onions for aroma.
