Spit out the clams and clean the outside with a brush.

Grate the white radish into shreds, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.

Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt and cooking wine and beat into egg liquid.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry into pieces and serve.

Add additional oil to the pot, add ginger slices, scallions and shredded radish and stir-fry until soft.

Add water and add clams.

Add egg cubes and cook.

Cook until all clams open.

Add chopped green onion and season with salt if necessary (clams themselves are salty).
