Crush the dried red dates with a food processor, then sieve to remove the coarse particles,

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, start the bread machine and knead the dough for 10 minutes,

Add softened butter and knead the dough for another 15 minutes,

Then ferment for 20 minutes,

Roll the fermented dough into a rectangular shape,

Cut into small strips with a scraper,

Code it into a golden baking pan,

Put in the preheated oven, middle rack, 175 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for 12 minutes, when you see the bread sticks color.
