Wash the tender cowpeas and remove the heads and tails.

Cut the cowpeas into long sections.

Boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.

Cut the millet grains into fine pieces.

Add a drop of oil to keep the cowpeas tender.

After the cowpeas are cooked, remove and drain.

Plate.

Put all the seasonings into a bowl and stir evenly.

Pour it over the cowpeas.
