I ordered grilled squid for a late night snack and felt so good. When it rains, if you want to eat at home, you can make it yourself and eat it with a can of beer, it’s a perfect match!

Wash the squid and remove the black membrane, and make a few cuts on both sides of the squid.

Cut the shallots into sections, mince the garlic, smash the ginger and put it into a glass bowl. Add salt, a little cooking wine and light soy sauce, grasp it evenly, take out the onion, ginger and garlic residue, add the chili sauce, and stir evenly.

Put the squid into the marinade bowl, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
