Delicious all-purpose sauce-----Chicken hoisin sauce
Overview
The weather is so hot that I have completely lost the desire to go out. But fortunately, we love food, and it is very pleasant to be able to stay at home, cook and take pictures of food. I saw a sauce on a TV show some time ago, which was different from what I usually make, so I prepared all the ingredients to give it a try. The addition of dried shrimps enhanced the flavor of the sauce, and it tasted great. It goes well with noodles, rice, and steamed buns.
